“Nashville Heritage”
In his studio, artist Douglas C. Hess portrayed Nashville through a series of photographs, sculptures, ceramic replicas, musical instruments and hidden images arranged in a still life staged for the painting. The extraordinary collection of images is composed to represent the historic heritage of the Music City as well as representing Nashville's leadership in education, culture, politics, health care and of course, music.
Each print includes a Certificate of Authenticity, a Meaning of the Composition Certificate and an additional set of remarque prints to simplify framing.
